Operation manual of Dewei thermal insulation wallboard

1、 Product specification (unit: mm): use all specifications of products produced by the company.

2、 Installation accessories: 425 ordinary portland cement (caking or expired damp cement is prohibited), fine sand, construction glue, wood tip and reinforcement.

3、 Tools for construction and installation of Dewei insulation wallboard: plumb bob, straight line, bricklaying cutter, portable saw machine, impact drill, ruler, ink bucket and hammer.

4、 Construction and installation steps:

1. Setting out: draw the baseline at the position where the wall panel needs to be installed, clean the wall foundation, pour cement mortar, and level the wall to be built. Two workers can easily carry and lift a wall panel.

2. Saw plate: cut arbitrarily with portable saw according to the required size, which is convenient for construction and reduces waste.

3. Sizing: mix the cement with medium sand (1:1.5) and building glue to form a slurry, and then plaster it in the side groove of the wallboard and the ground baseline. Ensure that the mortise mortar is full and uniform.

4. Plate placement: place the wall panel at the predetermined position, with the convex groove of the wall panel upward. The plate surface with panel on the wall panel is the indoor wall surface, which is placed on the cement mortar of the wall foundation side by side.

5. In place: put the groove at the bottom of the wall panel into the convex groove of the lower row, close each wall panel with force to squeeze the joint mortar out of the joint, and so on. The upper row of wall panels and the next row of wall panels are installed in dislocation.

6. Correction: adjust and correct from the bottom with a straight crowbar. It can be fixed up and down with wood tip and reinforcement.

7. Connection with beam and column: each two pieces are connected and reinforced with beam and column planting reinforcement.

8. Installation of door frame: the door frame can be directly wrapped on the wall panel with plywood, fixed with iron nails and wall anchors, and then covered with decorative plate; Or find the fixed position and fix it with impact drill and expansion screw.

9. Installation of water and electricity: if it is necessary to embed the conduit and switch box, it can be directly grooved and buried with a portable saw, and then leveled with cement mortar.

10. Post decoration: the interior wall is mainly flat, and the interior wall is directly coated with putty powder, plastered and coated; Steel hanging, ceramic tile or cement paint can be directly used on the outer wall.
